Yoga Classes are a great way to immerse yourself in yoga. People of all ages, diverse backgrounds and students of mixed levels come together to practice yoga. Group classes are fun, exhilarating, challenging and are a wonderful way to learn more about yoga. Standing poses, twists, forward bends, inversions and restorative poses are taught in a safe and encouraging environment. Safe and effective sequences are created to help students perform poses correctly. Clear and precise instruction is given to ensure students execution, safety, and enjoyment of each pose. Students leave class with an increased sense of well-being. Improved alignment, increased strength, and flexibility are some of the benefits you will experience. Classes are typically 60-90 minutes long.
