Kids Yoga is an excellent way to get your kids and teens active.  Kids Yoga classes consist of standing poses, jumpings, backbends and inversions. During yoga,  kids will excercise, play and build a greater connection to the inner self. Children’s innate joy is explored in various asanas.  Yoga encourages body awareness, builds strength, increases flexibility, and fosters creativity. In addition to the physical benefits, yoga also improves self-esteem, concentration, and relaxation. Yoga is a great way for kids to play, to be creative, and to explore the physical self.

Classes are typically 30-45 minutes in length.
